Currently based in the UK office, Sophie is head of our marketing department. She is responsible for our photography, strategic marketing campaigns and heading up our team of VA's from across the globe. Sophie is family to us - she has known Katie since they were babies! We feel blessed to have her join us as we grow and expand the business.

Babes joined our team in 2023 and is doing a fantastic job as our Virtual Assistant. From Laguna, Phillipines, Babes has three children. Babes loves shopping online for bags and dresses - which usually end up in the closet unused!

She also loves looking for good restaurants and it is her goal to start a You Tube channel focusing on food and travel. Babes handles our day to day admin and will take on more in 2024 as the business grows.

Tess is one of our joint venture partners and we are so glad to have her as part of our Vesta Partners team. Even though she lives in Vegas, the mentorship and support that Tess has provided us has been invaluable, and we look forward to working on many more projects with her into the future.

Arturo is one of our contractors that we work with on our flips here in Chicago.
Although I use different contractors from time to time depending on the area and availability, Arturo has me coming back time and again as he looks after and heads up some of the flips in my portfolio.
